Space Oddity Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of customers using the Blip service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.
The "Company" processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for purposes other than those specified below.
Purpose of Collection: Confirmation and acceptance of customer registration applications, identification and authentication for providing "Services," maintenance and management of membership status, handling of civil complaints, marketing and advertising, verification of "Service" validity, tracking access frequency, providing content such as statistics on members' use of "Services," purchase and fee payment, delivery of goods or invoices, and fulfillment of contracts regarding service provision such as financial transaction authentication and financial services.
Method of Collection: Direct input of essential information for membership registration and product order fulfillment; automatic collection or selection/submission of items when linking social service accounts that have previously provided personal information; collection via wired/wireless communication at the time of customer response and cancellation/refund processing; and direct input or selection/submission of items for those who wish to participate in marketing, analysis, and promotional events.
① The "Company" processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use agreed upon at the time of collection from the data subject or within the period required by law.
② Specific processing and retention periods are as follows:
Customer Registration and Management: From the date of application until the termination of the membership contract.
Retention Grounds by Company Policy: Even if a member withdraws, information may be retained for one year from the date of contract termination to prevent recurrence of unauthorized use by bad members, resolve disputes, and cooperate with investigation agencies' requests.
Statutory Retention Periods:
Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years
Records on collection, processing, and use of credit information: 3 years
Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
Records on labeling/advertising: 6 months
Log records: 3 years
In principle, the "Company" does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, when an order and payment are made, relevant information is transferred to the seller (third party) within the necessary range for smooth transaction fulfillment such as consultation and delivery. Personal information is provided to the seller (third party) only at the time of order, and guidance is provided during the process. You may refuse to provide personal information, but service use may be restricted.

① The "Company" does not send for-profit advertising information against a user's explicit refusal.
② For online marketing (App push, Email), the Company includes "(Ad)" in the title and specifies the sender's name, contact info, and easy opt-out methods in the body.
③ For content potentially harmful to youth (under 19), strict labeling and opt-out measures are applied in compliance with the Youth Protection Act.
④ For SMS or Fax, "(Ad)" is placed at the beginning with contact information included.
① The "Company" destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary (expiration of retention period or achievement of purpose).
② Electronic files are deleted or formatted.
③ Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login for one year are converted to dormant status. Dormant data is destroyed after 3 years of separate storage. Users are notified 1 month before dormancy.
Administrative: Internal management plans, regular employee training.
Technical: Access authority management (passwords), security software (vaccines), encryption of files.
Physical: Access control and time tracking for storage locations.
The "Company" uses "cookies" (text files sent to your storage) to provide personalized services.
Purpose: Login identification, usage records, tracking visit frequency.
Rejection: Users can allow/confirm/reject cookies through browser or app options. Note that rejecting cookies may affect some personalized services.
The Company collects unique identifying information (ID, Passport number) for international customs clearance and retains it for one month after delivery completion.
